Steve Houck lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Toni and is the father of two daughters. A politics major at Princeton, he also holds a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. He is of counsel to Menaker & Herrmann and Executive Director of the State Center, a small not-for-profit that helps state attorneys general enforce the antitrust and consumer protection laws. A commercial litigator and antitrust attorney, Steve served four years as Antitrust Bureau Chief in the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where he acted as lead trial counsel for all twenty state plaintiffs in the government monopolization case against Microsoft.
