CATCH Global Foundation

For over 25 years, the CATCH Global Foundation has been proven to launch kids and communities toward healthier lifestyles. Originators of “GO, SLOW and WHOA” food categories, CATCH is the most cost effective means of preventing childhood obesity, in an environment that’s fun and easy to sustain. CATCH My Breath was developed in 2016 as a response to the 900% spike in youth e-cigarette use between 2011 and 2015.

Created by Dr. Steven Kelder, senior scientific editor on the 2016 Surgeon General’s Report on Youth E-cigarette Use and co-creator of all CATCH curriculum, CATCH My Breath has reached more than 1 million students in grades 5-12 across The United States. CATCH My Breath is the first evidence-based youth nicotine vaping prevention program, and continues to reach thousands of students each week.
