Internship Description
Our internship is within the Technology and Information Solutions department on the Information Security (InfoSec) team. The InfoSec team is a small team of dedicated individuals working to keep the data and systems at HSUS safe and secure. Our team gets satisfaction knowing they are helping fight the big fights for the world's largest animal welfare non-profit. Some potential projects could include such work as process development or data breach investigation. Our work changes rapidly which keeps things interesting!

Housing Information
We would be open to this intern being remote while fulfilling this internship. If the individual would like to work onsite in Gaithersburg, Maryland, there are several close apartment buildings near 700 Professional Drive.
Internship Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Computer Science background with a specific interest in cybersecurity.
- A general passion for technology and a love of animals.
- An ideal candidate will be specifically interested in security.
