Internship Description
The intern will be part of the fundraising and communications team. They will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Senior Coordinator.
The intern will primarily assist with promoting our summer programming through social media and email. They will create content that informs and delights our audiences of athletes, staff, donors, and more.
We would like to have the intern work on a project that will build the skills needed for their future career. The work will focus on social media, writing, photography, and design but we're flexible and would love to share any part of marketing and communications.

Housing Information
This is a remote internship. If the intern lives in or visits New York, they're welcome to join us for office days, events, and programming, as desired.
Internship Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A high degree of comfort using a computer and learning new programs
- A high degree of comfort using social media (more than one platform preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficient using Google docs, sheets, presentations, forms, or similar software
- Desire to learn about different parts of marketing and communications- such as copywriting, data tracking, results analysis, editing photographs, or graphic design
- Flexible and able to meet deadlines
